SITE Basic Level 1: Visual Inspection

A W.E.T.T. inspection is a review of your wood burning system and performed by a W.E.T.T. Certified Technician. The most common reasons you may need a visual inspection are as required as part of real estate purchase/sale or requested by your home insurance company or just peace of mind before using the appliance.

A W.E.T.T. basic level 1: Visual inspection includes an inspection of all visible components of your wood burning appliance and venting system. It will identify and deficiencies and safety concerns.

A written inspection report is provided to the homeowner.
